What a skill is
A skill is a set of instructions, with any files they need, that teaches an AI tool to do one kind of work well. Enabling a skill in your Aptarium workspace brings it into the AI tools you connect there, such as Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor. Nothing is installed until you enable it, and you can disable it at any time.
