Draft of 8 October 2026 · not yet in effect
Terms
Draft for review. Counsel reviews this text before Aptarium launches; until then it is not in effect.
What Aptarium is
Aptarium is a home where teams keep, share and discuss the documents and mini apps they make in their own AI tools, and the skills behind them. Aptarium does not generate content and runs no AI models.
Signing in and agent tokens
You sign in with your own Google account, and you are responsible for what is done with it.
An agent token acts as you in one workspace, with only the scopes you gave it. Keep it secret, and revoke it when you no longer need it.
Workspaces and people
Each workspace has owners, admins, members and, on paid plans, guests. Owners and admins manage its people, spaces and design skill. Guests see only what is shared with them and never publish.
Your content
What you publish stays yours. You let us store it, copy it and show it to the people it is shared with, as far as running Aptarium needs.
Publish only what you have the right to share. Aptarium refuses files that look like secrets, such as API keys, unless you deliberately allow one.
When you submit a skill to the Community, you choose a permissive licence for it, and its listing and example apt become public. Every listing is reviewed, and a reviewer may reject a listing or take it down.
Plans and limits
Every workspace starts on Free. Paid plans will be priced per workspace, as the Pricing page shows, and open inside Aptarium when billing arrives.
Each plan has limits on active spaces, storage and the size of one apt. At a limit, Aptarium refuses the new space or version; nothing already published is removed.
Deletion
A deleted apt is removed permanently after 30 days. Remixes that other people made from it stay with them.
Still to come
Counsel adds the sections on warranties, liability, governing law and changes to these terms before they take effect.
